Here is a simple and easy way of getting the ive got this achievment. this must be done on a forces of nature map.

Game Mode: Guardian

Game Map: Artillery, cove, aftermarth, jacinto, raven down

No players: 10

Verses mode: ranked

what you need for this to work smoothly is 10 players (no guest controllers). You then need to have 2 hjost in the same country ie 2 uk hosts or 2 us hosts. when you looking at the verses mode for guardian youre looking for ranked and it should say 0 playing in your region and 0 playing worldwide. when this shows up get 2 teams of 5 by getting the 2 hosts to invite 4 people each. When you have 2 teams of 5 get one team to search first you will be looking for it to say looking for match x out of 20 if it doesnt cancel the matchmaking and try again till you get it when it shows match 20 of 20.

Then that team will be the host. after this it should then set at looking for 5 more players at this point the other team start searching and they should find the match straight away. now when you have both teams in you will be given a set of 3 maps to choose from if you see any of the above maps then get everyone to vote for that one. after that you should all be put into that match.

Now what you will need to do now is whoever is the leader needs to stay still and the otehr teams go to the opposite leader repeat this till the leaders have 10 kills each, then 1 side kill the leader and win a round. Then on the next round should be new leaders. repeat the same process and then get the other team to win so the counter is at 1 each repeat the same process with new rounds till both counters are at 2 each then.

On the 5th round is where the final 2 leaders should be getting there achievment. when all 10 players have there achievment that is when you can start exp boosting by getting 1 team to kill the other team till they all have 50 kills (can use any weapon you need kills with and also curb stomps and executions etc) including the leader (DO NOT KILL THE ENEMY LEADER).

When the timer gets to 15 mins it will stalemate and go to a new round. When 1 team has 50 kills swap over sdo that the other team can get 50 kills each. When all 10 players have 50 kills each.then get 1 team to kill the enemy leader and the rest of the team to end the match. 

you should now go out of the match and get all the exp for the match.
